The decoupling procedure removes the stress factors underlying the part of the brain where the unconscious conflicts and worries are stored. The stress decoupling procedure creates the conditions for optimal deceleration.
Who is not familiar with wanting/having to do as much as possible in as short a time as possible at the same time: “Acceleration” is the name of a phenomenon of our time – what helps against this is called “deceleration”. Deceleration in turn creates the prerequisite to be able to come to one’s senses.
Reflection means to think about something and reflection also means to ask the question of meaning somewhere and this is important. If you are always just in the hamster wheel and are constantly active, without time for reflection, then it can happen that somehow your life becomes hollow. And then if a disaster happens somewhere, then you can get into depression.
