Registration Instruction
You have two options to register a new customer account: Either within the payment process or beforehand through the page “My Account”.
In the following you will find the respective step-by-step instructions.
If you are a business partner, please follow the instructions further down on this page.
Within the payment process, please register your new customer account as follows:
1. You can see your selected products in the cart. Once you are ready, please click on “Proceed to checkout” further down on the page.
2. In the following step, please proceed as follows:
• Please provide under “Billing details” in addition to your contact information also your email address and create your secure password. Your user name will be set automatically and will be provided by email.
Under “Customer group”, do not make any changes. The default option “Customer account” must remain selected.
• Now choose the payment method.
• Then click on “Proceed”.
3. In the following step, you can check all details once more.
• If all is correct, you need to accept the legal requirements by setting the respective checkmarks.
• Then click on “Commit to Buy” to complete the order. You will automatically receive an email with the order confirmation.
• (If you have chosen PayPal as a payment method, you will be directed to log into your PayPal account and to proceed with the payment as usual. On the page where PayPal confirms your payment, you will find a link to return to our shop.)
4. Next you need to activate your new customer account.
• To do this, a verification email containing an activation link has be sent to the email address you entered when ordering. Please click on the link provided in that email to verify your customer account. (please note, the link is only valid for a limited time.) Only afterwards your customer account is completely set up and you will receive an email confirmation with your username.
• By clicking the activation link, you will also be redirected to your browser and logged into your newly created customer account. You are directed into your “My Account” area.
Through the page “My Account”, please register your new customer account as follows:
1. Please click on “My Account” on the top right of this page.
2. Now you will see “Register” on the right hand side.
• Please provide your email address and create your secure password. (remember your password) Your user name will be set automatically and will be provided by email.
• Under “Customer Group”, please do not make any changes. The default option “Customer account” must remain selected.
• Next you need to accept our privacy statement by setting the respective checkmark.
• Then click on “Register” to register your new customer account.
3. Following this, you will automatically receive an email with an activation link.
• Please click on the link provided in that email to verify your customer account. (please note, the link is only valid for a limited time.) Only afterwards your customer account is completely set up and you will receive an email confirmation with your username.
• By clicking the activation link, you will also be redirected to your browser and logged into your newly created customer account. You are directed into your “My Account” area.
4. Now you can immediately start with purchasing under the menu item “shop”. If you want to purchase at a later moment, please click on “Logout“ and confirm to logout completely.
Login again: To login again, just click on “My Account” on the top right of this page. Now please enter your user name and your password under “Login” on the left hand side. Alternatively you can also login to your account within the payment process.

In the following you will find a step-by-step instruction on how to register for a new account as a business partner.
1. Please click on “My Account” on the top right of this page.
2. Now you will see “Register” on the right hand side.
• Please provide your email address and create your secure password. (remember your password). Your user name will be set automatically and will be provided to you by email later.
• Under “Customer Group”, you need to select “Business Partner Account” and enter the Code that you have received by email. By entering the Code you can continue to benefit from the attractive price advantages for business partners.
• Next you need to accept our privacy statement by setting the respective checkmark.
• Then click on “Register” to register your new customer account.
3. Following this, you will automatically receive an email with an activation link.
• Please click on the link provided in that email to verify your customer account. (please note, the link is only valid for a limited time). Only afterwards your business partner account is completely set up and you will receive an email confirmation with your username.
• By clicking the activation link, you will also be redirected to your browser and logged into your newly created customer account. You are directed into your “My Account” area.
4. Now you can immediately start with purchasing under the menu item “shop”. If you want to purchase at a later moment, please click on “Logout“ and confirm to logout completely.
Login again: To login again, just click on “My Account” on the top right of this page. Now please enter your user name and your password under “Login” on the left hand side.
Please note: When you are logged in, the net prices are shown. Only in the “Cart” and “Checkout Page” taxes are shown if applicable.

5. Own Customer Account: Your own Cusotmer Account offers various advantages:
• Your Invoice and Delivery Address are registered. Therefore you don´t need to re-enter them at your next pruchase.
• The processing status of current orders and the information of past orders can be seen.
• Invoices can be downloaded as a PDF.
• You want to re-order the same products again, but you do not want to add them to the cart again? Then you can easily navigate to the respective past order and click on the link “order again”. The final selection of products can be changed in the cart.
• You review your cart at any moment to check which products you have already selected.
• Add selected products once into the cart and easily change the amount in the cart. You only need to confirm this change by clicking on “update cart”.

1. Payment by Bank Transfer: Please include in every transfer your name, invoice number and order number, to help us assign your payment to you.
The order number can be found e.g. in the order confirmation email or in your customer account under „My Account“ > „Orders“.
2. Receipt of invoice: Once we have completed your order, you can download your invoices anytime in your account under “My Account” > „orders“. You will also receive your invoice by email or ordinary mail together with your products (depending on your chosen payment method).
